USAGE TIPS

Recommended for a cure of 21 days.

Massage: massage with fingertips soaked in a touch of Miel de Cure® with black propolis. Rinse.

Bath: for a purifying effect, add 1 teaspoon to bath water.

Oral route: Take morning and evening ½ teaspoon before the meal. Allow to melt under the tongue.

Dermal: Apply a thin layer of 3 mm on a compress. Leave in contact with the skin overnight. Rinse.
