Usage instructions

Recommended for a 21-day cure.

Oral route: Take ½ teaspoon in the morning and evening before a meal. Let dissolve under the tongue.

Anti-wrinkle mask: Apply a thin 3mm layer as a mask to the skin. Let it work for at least 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Compress: Apply the value of a small pea with a compress to the solar plexus (or other energy points of the body depending on the desired effect). Let it work overnight.

Bath: For a calming and regenerating effect, add a teaspoon to the bath water.
