Ballot-Flurin maintains rigorous artisanal production. Their bees only forage for flowers from preserved, very rich and centuries-old foraging areas.

Royal Jelly is harvested during the honey flow, at the rate of only a few grams per hive, from May to August.

The preparations are energized by slow manual stirring in honey, for maximum assimilation by the body and good preservation at room temperature.
